I am so excited you are here! Thank you, for allowing me to share a little of my journey with you! 

If you’re here, I’m sure you stumbled upon my page on social media! But in case you are here by accident, allow me to introduce myself. I’m Lindsey! I am a wife, mother, and multiple business owner. I am passionate about all things health and wellness. i also enjoy being outdoors, baking or cooking, and reading a good book. 

 

My passion for fitness has been something that started back in 2014. I wanted to get healthy again. Fast forward to ten years later, I am certified in personal training and nutrition. 

 

My training career started at a local gym in 2020, then I started offering training online. In 2022 when I got pregnant with my second son, I suffered from depression. Even after he was born in 2023, the PPD/ PPA followed. Even at almost 14 months, I dissolved my fitness business and decided to work on myself for my family. In doing so I believe that it made me realize just how important health and wellness really is. 

 

I started to take small simple steps to feel my best again. Simplicity was truly key. That is how I created my SET5 method. Simple Eating & Training.
