It’s been a really long time since I’ve shared anything personal. Over the past seven weeks of this pregnancy I’ve really focused on my personal space. I needed to step back from sharing my life on social media. My online client roster is full, which I am super blessed and thankful for. I did step back from one online business while I took time to just be in this pregnancy. Thankfully, it’s a business that doesn’t require my attention 24/7 though I am going to slowly begin working those work hours soon. 

Pregnancy update: 

The first trimester it was pretty quiet. Nausea began around week 6 and lasted until week 12ish, I think. Just when I thought I was over the morning sickness, the nausea would show up in the afternoons. This lasted until about week 13. I finally thought, “okay, this is it. I can finally start to eat better and get back to my workout routine.” Then my leaky gut started to flare up. Due to the hormones and food that I had been eating, basically to survive, was catching up to me. I checked with my doctor to make sure it was okay to use the supplements I need to get the leaky gut back under control. So I have been working on that since. Currently 15 weeks and finally starting to feel “normal” although acid reflux seems to be a common thing now. But hoping to get back into workouts soon. 

16 week check up! Heard baby Ms heartbeat! 🙂 such an incredible feeling. Symptoms are starting to subside and getting some energy back. Did a back and biceps workout a few days ago and it was great! Only a 20 minute workout, but like I always say, “ movement is movement.”
