our body needs deload weeks 

Feeling sore constantly? 

Don’t feel like your recovering properly? 

It may be time to take a deload week. 

What that means.. 

👉🏾 lower intensity loads 

👉🏾 having adequate rest. Both in training sessions and sleep routine. 

Your body needs to rest & recover. This does not mean you are going to “lose your gains” in fact most of my clients who take deload weeks come back feeling stronger & lifting heavier.
