My name is Lindsey Moncrief! I am a certified personal trainer and certified in nutrition! I received my certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Fitness has been my passion for over a decade. Since then I have used that outlet to help other women feel their best. I have four years of training experience with group exercise classes as well as one on one training sessions. I love showing busy individuals how they can excel at work, be a mom, and reach personal fitness goals. I believe simplicity is key when it comes to fitness, nutrition, and an overall well being. When I am not in the gym; I enjoy being with my family. I have been married to my husband, Vance, for ten years. We have two boys, Daxton and Maverick. In my free time, I enjoy hunting, baking, and reading.
