You can’t achieve it all in a short amount of time
So you’ve started tracking macros and going to the gym. It’s been two weeks, why isn’t the number on the scale going down?
There could be a few factors that play into this;
Are you getting enough sleep?
Are you drinking enough water?
Are you hitting those macros accurately?
Your body needs time.
The work and dedication is there. You just have to give yourself and your body time. Our bodies are amazing machines, but they can’t repair themselves over night.
It takes your body at least a week or even two to adapt to the changes you are making. It doesn’t mean you are doing anything wrong.
The bloating is going to be normal.
The feeling fluffy is normal.
The brain fog is normal.
The symptoms you are experiencing will go away and show back up from time to time.
Just trust the process.
